Insufficient engine power and une©✘±ven speed, there are two kinds o© f phenomena of black sα≈♣₹moke in the exhaust pipe: one€×☆ is continuous black smok≥♥e; the other is intermittent bδ♥≈lack smoke, and the engine β×'shakes.
(1) Reason
Insufficient engine power ♦≤and continuous black smoke a> ≥re excessive oil supply in mos' £¶t cylinders or all cylinders of♣≈←φ the engine. The fuel-☆✘©air mixture ratio is out of bal←♦ ±ance. When burning, it is ®↓€♠seriously deficient in oxygen©×♦. Diesel combustion is incomplδ™ ☆ete. Suspension free carbon is used. Th∏&δe exhaust gas is dischar'→¥ged together. If the exhaust pipe is↑≥ intermittently black smoγ±ke, accompanied by a "burπ≠st" sound, it means that th≥↔£e individual cylinders are ¥÷not completely burned. The reas<εΩ€ons for induction ar♦$™e as follows:
1 The fuel injection pump is improp☆α♦♠erly commissioned, so thatβ↕•& the oil supply is too much and the co ∑mbustion is not complete.
2 Most injectors have poor £↕jet quality.
3 Oil supply is not timing.
4 The intake valve opening he₽₩₩≤ight is lowered and the opening time is£→↕ delayed, resulting in insufficient i↔₩<ntake air.
5 The air filter element is dirty orφδ★φ the air filter is installed incorreα∑ctly, making the air not smooth.
6 The fuel quality is¶β₩ too bad.
7 The booster performanc♠≠ e of the supercharger is reduced.
